Our standard Integrated Sales System is a base set of programs and programming services that result in a completely customized package that works the way you want it to. Originally written in 1982, it has grown over the years and been updated and enhanced. It is a very solid and stable system.
A number of different types of businesses have installed it and had it adapted for their exact needs. It is now being used by companies as widely different as a manufacturer of canvas products, a mail order fulfillment house, a full service dairy, and others.
The system is fully multi-user oriented and network-aware.
Order Entry / Invoicing
Sales order entry, shipping confirmation, backorder tracking, pre-paid orders, month-to-date and year-to-date statistics, open orders inquiries and reports by various criteria, automatic data flow into A/R and S/A.
Accounts Receivable
In addition to automatic data flow from O/E, manual invoices, payments posting, adjustments, service charge generation, open item or balance forward aging reports, statements, account status inquiries.
Sales Analysis
Sales history reporting by various criteria, both in detail and summary form.
