TOS puts your rolodex on your computer, so you can have instant access to any contact. No more retyping of the same names and addresses and phone numbers over and over again. Simple clicks of the mouse tie entries to their appropriate rolodex entry.

TOS also lets you quickly classify their function, set delivery dates, and define payment amounts and schedules. It also provides for tracking missed delivery dates and suspension of payments when necessary.

All the key option reports are produced: calendars, development schedules, status sheets, business affairs project status, and client contact listings.
 

A report designer is included with which users can create almost any possible new report based on the data entered.


With this feature you can actually add functionality to TOS without the need of having periodic reprogramming done.
